THE HEAD OF CRM ROLE:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing CRM team.
* Develop and execute scalable, automated lifecycle CRM strategies.
* Lead creative strategies for customer engagement and retention.
* Own and execute personalised email and push campaigns.
* Drive user growth through optimised conversion and retention funnels.
* Optimise lifecycle campaigns to meet business objectives.
* Partner with vendors and analytics teams to deliver insights and strategic improvements.
* Analyse campaign performance to refine CRM strategies and boost ROI.
* Build customer journey frameworks to inform strategy and ensure alignment.
THE HEAD OF CRM ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing successful teams in fast-moving environments.
* Good understanding of CRM tools and trends; experience with AI tools is a bonus.
* 8+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, including 3+ years leading teams and delivering strategies that boost revenue and customer retention.
* Comfortable working with data, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to present ideas and strategies to senior teams and across departments.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of using data to shape CRM plans that support business goals.
