This is a key hire for the business and will act as the number one in finance, taking full ownership of the function while working closely with the Managing Directors. What will the Finance Controller role involve? • Full ownership of the finance function across the business. • Preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasts and cash flow reporting. • Oversight of job costing, work in progress and gross margin performance. • Monitoring performance against budget and reporting key variances to the Board. • Management of statutory reporting, VAT, tax and external relationships.
