Staff Nurse - Ward at Ramsay Health Care UK. Ashtead Hospital – we have a fantastic opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our team.
The role involves working as part of the clinical team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional customer service standards. You will adhere to Ramsay’s policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients. We actively encourage newly qualified nurses to apply. You will be based in both the Inpatient and Day Surgery Wards.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-focused nursing care in the Inpatient and Day Surgery Wards
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider care team
* Adhere to Ramsay’s policies and procedures to ensure best clinical outcomes
* Act as an advocate of the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People
* Support and guide newly qualified nurses as appropriate

* Registered with the NMC
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs

* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
