Key Responsibilities Supervise a variety of pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment Log any safeguarding or behaviour concerns promptly and accurately Promote engagement and ensure pupils complete set work effectively Essential Criteria UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience delivering the UK secondary curriculum Effective classroom and behaviour management skills Adaptable, reliable, and confident covering multiple subject areas Right to work in the UK Why Join Cover People?
