The Role:As Payroll Manager, you will take full ownership of the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting the wider HR and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organisation
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies
* Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
* Liaise with internal departments and external providers
* Lead on payroll-related projects and process improvements
* Provide expert advice on payroll matters to staff and management
About You:
* Proven experience in a payroll management role
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and best practices
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using payroll software and Excel
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* CIPP Desirable
