Duties and tasks related to the Night Manager role include:
* Perform Head of Department duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and make crucial decisions.
* Ensure guests' needs are met beyond expectations, and take full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire procedures.
* Be responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift, including the preparation and disposition of all night audit work.
* Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.
* Lead the Night team by example, motivating, training, and inspiring Front of House team members.
About you
You are a dependable professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing front desk operations. You ensure smooth guest service, handle guest concerns efficiently, and maintain security and safety standards. Previous experience in front office is preferred.
