What You'll Do
* Lead and motivate a compact sales team (2 Sales Engineers + 1 Sales Support Administrator)
* Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets
* Manage the marketing budget—publications, trade shows, digital presence
* Oversee extended-warranty sales support
* Sign off on high-value/high-risk projects
* Review tenders/contracts to protect business interests
* Prepare monthly performance reports for CEO/owners
* Drive strategic business development and market expansion
* Align all activities with company vision and financial goals
What You Bring
* Proven track record in sales & marketing leadership
* Experience managing teams and budgets
* Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Familiarity with sales & marketing tech/tools
* Willingness to travel to support field engineers and build client relationships
