Community Carer – Penzance and Surrounding Areas

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Part-Time Community Carers to join our domiciliary care team in Penzance and the surrounding areas. As a Community Carer, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Hours & Pay:
Varying hours and days (flexible scheduling)
Pay Rates:
£13.00 per hour – Weekdays
£14.00 per hour – Weekends
£14.25 per hour – Weekend evenings
Mileage paid at 40p per mile after the first 10 miles
Paid weekly every Friday
Requirements:
Must hold up-to-date training/certificates in:
1. Safeguarding
2. Manual Handling
3. First Aid
4. Infection Control
5. Medication Administration
Previous experience in domiciliary or community care preferred
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle essential
Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support in clients’ homes
Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care records
