Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: 9:00am - 3:15pm (Term Time)

Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Health Care Assistant to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a key part in supporting students' individual needs-working closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that each student receives personalised care, both in and outside of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students with personal care, mobility assistance, and medication needs

Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) within classroom settings

Help create and maintain a safe, positive learning environment

Monitor student wellbeing and keep accurate care records

Promote inclusion during breaktimes, mealtimes, and extracurricular activities

Collaborate with parents, carers, teachers, and healthcare teams

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children or young adults in educational or healthcare environments
