About the role As the Associate Client Advisor you will be part of a dynamic and evolving business advisory team that provides an outstanding quality of work and service to our clients. The role includes working in our SME Outsourcing and Accounting team. This covers processing information for our clients over a variety of sectors and disciplines. You will have the opportunity to advance your knowledge, develop your technical skills, and put this into practice as part of a growing team. Our clients are cover a variety of sizes and service needs. You will have the opportunity with your colleagues to build relationships with these clients and work closely with other teams to provide a high quality of services. Providing a high quality of service to the SME Outsourcing and Accounting departments client base. Working with our specialist software packages. Managing your own client workload and ensure accurate and timely preparation of information. Completing weekly tasks as per information from clients. Working as part of the team to deliver high quality services to clients, within set timescales. Dealing with clients as required relating to the work and responding in a timely and accurate manner to client queries. Keeping Manager informed of progress and any issues arising. Raising the profile of the firm by ensuring clients are fully satisfied by the service and support they receive and that they are aware of all other services. Communicating and dealing with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously, and working with other service lines as required to ensure a seamless service throughout Mazars.
