Graduates who join our teams will gradually develop more independence through a combination of hands‑on experience and structured training, and will become mentors to more junior colleagues.

You will be embedded in multidisciplinary teams and mentored by experienced engineers, gaining exposure to real‑world challenges and innovative solutions.

Attending site visits involves coordinating with contractors and engineers, addressing design queries during construction. They also promote sustainable design practices, supporting the use of low‑carbon materials and efficient systems while meeting regulatory standards, utilising software such as Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, Tekla, Rhino and structural analysis tools for modelling and coordination.

Day‑to‑day activities could include:

* Reviewing architectural plans and proposing structural solutions.
* Performing load assessments and structural calculations.
* Drafting and updating structural drawings and BIM models.
