Clockwise Glasgow, Savoy Tower is a striking 11-floor serviced office space in the heart of the city offering beautiful private offices, dedicated desks, and meeting rooms — all within a thriving professional community.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our team.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
People, Community & Culture
* Provide the Clockwise welcome in line with the customer journey to all visitors and members
* Support the team with member communications, highlighting upcoming events, available products and other services.
* Capture, report and escalate, where appropriate, all issues reported by visitors and members
* Support your wider Clockwise and building partner teams with training as required for new starters
* Support your community team in the organisation of events
* Manage visitors for members in line with the current process and according to their instructions
* Ensure any "walk-in" show rounds for Clockwise are passed to the correct point of contact
* Seek opportunities to upsell products and services, such as meeting rooms and day passes, through conversations with members and visitors
Safety, Compliance & Operations
* Managing post, delivery and packages into the building to ensure securely received in line with the building process.
* Manage access control as per existing process, ensuring all passes are returned in a timely manner.
* Managing incoming calls, direct and take messages.
* Carry out and record opening and closing checklists and regular checks during your shift to ensure all areas of the reception and lift lobby are to standard.
* Ensure all visitors and contractors are signed in and out of the building in line with the process and compliance.
* Compliance with risk assessments, ensuring issues are reported
* Promote safe working in the building
* Provide constructive feedback via your general manager on standards of cleanliness, security and safety within the building
* Serve as a second fire warden, taking part in regular fire panel, major incident, evacuation and other safety and compliance training
* Ensure that a handover is given for breaks and periods of leave.
Key skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
* Receptionist experience
* Administrative experience
* Customer-facing experience
