Campaign and Ecommerce Strategist (Maternity Cover)
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover (approx. 12 months)
Start Date: 5 January 2025
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Campaign and Ecommerce Strategist to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on driving multi‑channel marketing campaigns and optimising ecommerce performance for a respected British interiors brand, Ian Mankin.
You will be responsible for delivering standout customer experiences across both digital and offline touchpoints, combining creativity with analytical insight to engage customers and elevate our brand presence in the market.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead on the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns and own the ecommerce platform – ensuring everything from content and product listings to user journeys are optimised for performance and aligned with the brand’s values.
Ecommerce & Digital
* Manage all content and product listings on the ecommerce site
* Drive online sales through SEO, CRO, and campaign optimisation
* Use web analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and performance gaps
* Ensure best practices for UX, SEO, and data integrity across digital channels
Campaign Planning
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
* Set KPIs and report on campaign performance
* Collaborate with PR contacts to build brand‑led storytelling campaigns
* Coordinate cross‑channel content and messaging consistency
* Brief and manage print production as needed to support campaigns and the wider team
Content & Social
* Create and manage engaging content across web, email, and social media
* Maintain editorial standards and brand tone of voice
* Develop customer personas to shape content and marketing strategies
* Keep up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies
Wider Team Support
* Assist with planning and attending trade shows and events
* Support lead generation activity across channels
* Help with product data and administrative tasks
* Maintain data accuracy within our CRM and ecommerce systems
* Provide additional marketing support across the business as required
What We’re Looking For
* A strong understanding of multichannel content and ecommerce strategy
* Experience in campaign planning, content creation, and performance analysis
* A creative storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for interiors
* Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Excel, and ecommerce CMS
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Experience in Klaviyo and Wordpress
* Understanding of GDPR, competition law, and advertising standards
* Highly organised with an analytical and level‑headed approach
