About the Roles We support local secondary schools with a range of teaching requirements, including: Day-to-day and short-term supply Long-term placements Permanent opportunities Intervention and small-group teaching Subject-specific teaching across KS3 and KS4 What We’re Looking For ECTs wanting to build confidence and gain varied classroom experience Fully Qualified Teachers with strong behaviour management and subject expertise FE Teachers wanting to transition into a secondary school setting Confident delivering lessons to KS3 & KS4 Ability to implement school behaviour policies consistently Adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure Passionate about teaching and committed to pupil progress Key Responsibilities Delivering planned lessons or creating engaging schemes of work (long‑term roles) Taking full responsibility for the class in the absence of the teacher (supply work) Demonstrating strong behaviour management, especially in challenging situations Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment Monitoring progress and providing feedback where required Upholding safeguarding and professional standards Why Join Teaching Personnel?
