Your Mission
As a 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who needs consistency, patience, and someone who truly understands them.
You’ll:
* Build trust and genuine rapport
* Support emotional regulation and behaviour
* Take the pupil out of class for focused 1:1 sessions
* Keep them engaged, calm, and on task
* Help the teacher set up activities and learning tasks
* Be the adult they rely on every single day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
