The job holder is responsible for administrating and maintaining the provision of high quality administrative and sales support, providing and allocating resource(s) where required, ensuring work is joined up and designed with an understanding of the wider functions and priorities. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Management Team and Departmental Leads daily to prioritise workload Administering assigned areas of the Commercial Department to ensure accurate and consistent delivery of all commercial benefits, including customer queries and quotation management, to involve preparing and sending of quotations to clients through to completion Planning and allocating administrative work, monitoring achievements of deadlines and supporting staff as appropriate Supervising and managing Purchase Order Process including invoicing of sales/commercial files Leading the resolution of accounts queries/credit control issues Communicating information verbally/electronically to clients/customers Providing general sales and administrative duties, supporting assigned department(s) Supervising and managing demands of month end, providing feedback to Finance Ensuring customers are provided with weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner Supporting and resolving Departmental ERP system issues and concerns Taking ownership of and coordinating the Commercial Department's Contract Reviews Running and reviewing reports to ensure orders are picked up and on track Qualifications/Skills and Experience: Desirable HNC/HND in Business Relevant experience in a Commercial/Sales Administration or Coordination role, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry Knowledge and experience of an ERP system Full Driving Licence Essential Business Administration (NC) Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Highly proficient in spoken and written English Personal Qualities Excellent communication (both written and oral), influencing and interpersonal skills Ability to work in timely and accurate manner i.e. good organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload High level of attention to detail High degree of commercial acumen Highly professional conduct Strong focus on customer service Hardworking, dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Closing Date: 2 May 2024 Apply Now Print Back To Search Results
