The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with EHCPs and additional learning needs
* Work 1:1 and in small intervention groups
* Adapt resources to make learning accessible
* Support students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or communication needs
* Help pupils regulate emotions and maintain focus in lessons
* Liaise with teaching staff and SENCO to monitor progress
This is not passive support — you will be actively involved in strategies, planning discussions and student reviews.
