🚍 We’re Hiring: Sales & Office Coordinator
📍 Coventry | Office-based
💰 £26,000+ per annum (DOE) + performance bonus
🕘 Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends
We’re looking for a motivated, organised individual to join our team in a sales-focused office role. You’ll be responsible for managing quotes, chasing enquiries, and converting leads, while also supporting operations and the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a great opportunity for someone confident on the phone, commercially minded, and keen to grow — full training provided.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and sending quotes
* Proactively chasing leads and enquiries
* Speaking with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
* Managing follow-ups and supporting conversions
* Liaising with operations to ensure smooth delivery
* General office coordination and admin support
🔹 About you:
* Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
* Organised and comfortable juggling multiple enquiries
* Happy to chase leads and follow up conversations
* Experience not essential — attitude matters most
✨ Bonus (not essential):
Any knowledge of transport, travel, logistics, or the coach / PSV industry is a plus, but absolutely not required.
