Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Leader located in our Stanmore nursery. The Room Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their assigned room, creating and implementing educational activities, and ensuring each child's safety and development. The Room Leader will also guide and support nursery staff, communicate with parents, and maintain a nurturing environment that aligns with the nursery's standards and objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in early childhood education and child development
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Proficiency in planning and implementing educational activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ability to create a nurturing and safe environment for children
* Relevant qualification in childcare or early childhood education
* First Aid certification is a plus
