Senior HR Business Partner - Hybrid- £65,000
We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to join our Operations leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy that underpins business transformation and operational excellence.
As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you’ll drive strategic HR initiatives across a diverse operational landscape, supporting transformation, organisational design, and large-scale change, including outsourcing and insourcing activity. Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Operations leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with the business model, performance objectives, and long-term goals.
2. Lead on organisational design and workforce planning to ensure structures, capabilities, and roles support efficient service delivery.
3. Support and advise on the development and execution of operational models, ensuring alignment between people, process, and technology.
4. Drive change and transformation programmes, including restructuring, outsourcing/insourcing, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum engagement.
