Shifts: Full-time, Part-time, Waking Nights & Days

We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Exeter, supporting adults aged 19–60 with complex needs, including:
* Autism and ADHD
* Learning Disabilities
* Mental Health Conditions
* Challenging Behaviour
You’ll be working across residential and supported living services, helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting with personal care, medication, daily routines, and emotional wellbeing
* Encouraging independent living and life-skills development
* Engaging service users in activities such as walks, day trips, creative sessions, and more
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Occasional lone working (particularly during waking night shifts)
* Keeping accurate and professional care records and documentation
* Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a care or support role
* A calm, caring, and patient approach
* A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to rural locations
* MAPA / PMVA training is a plus – we can provide this if required
* Must have the right to work in the UK
