We are seeking a dedicated Waiter or Waitress to join our vibrant team at The Brasserie located within the Spa & Health Club at Thornton Hall. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable moments, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
* Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries and special requests.
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
* Running of drinks to outdoor hot tub area.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Basic math skills for order accuracy.
* A friendly attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
* Previous experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work weekends and national holidays as needed.
