Are you a dedicated support worker with a practical manual handling certificate? Completely care are working with an established care company to find support workers in the Blackwood area!
Hourly Rate: ££ per hour
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
6. Deliver compassionate, person-centred support
7. Support individuals on outings and activities that build confidence and independence
8. Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
9. Support with medication administration in accordance with care plans.
10. Ensure dignity, respect, and independence are promoted for all residents.
11. Work alongside a team of professionals to ensure residents’ needs are met.
Requirements:
12. A practical manual handling certificate is essential.
13. Medication Training is required.
14. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
15. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
