A sustainability-focused food manufacturer is looking for an experienced finance professional to join their team.Join a fast-growing startup backed by experienced FMCG investors as they grow within the UK retail market.Finance Responsibilities:Maintain financial records & day-to-day commercial documentsMonthly management accounts in P&L and Balance sheet formatsOwn budgeting & forecast modelsControl and maximise cashflow through creditor and debtor managementOversee bookkeeping protocolsOversee monthly payrollCost & Performance Control Responsibilities:Evaluate the introduction of software into the businessDevelop & maintain KPI infrastructure for performance and costsProvide detailed sales analysis for use in business developmentProvide ad-hoc reports as requiredImplement and maintain demand planning systemsMaintain accurate stock keeping levels and reportsYou ideally have:Bookkeeping experience (Including BOM assembly & sales invoicing)Experience with working with P&LFinancial forecasting and reporting skillsStrong understanding of purchasing and stock processesExperience working in a food manufacturing environment
