Overview
A wonderful family based in the Shropshire countryside are seeking a warm, capable nanny for their two children: a boy aged five and a girl aged two and a half. This is a pivotal role within the household. While both parents are working and frequently in London the nanny will become the centre of the children’s daily routine. The successful candidate will be confident in executing the family schedule, forward-planning activities, and communicating clearly and proactively with parents.
As the parents intermittently work away from home, the position requires a high level of maturity, reliability, and confidence in managing responsibility independently. Although the family are relaxed and easy-going, they value routine, organisation, and a calm, well-run home. The family live in a beautiful rural setting, offering extensive space for indoor and outdoor play. The nanny should be kind, nurturing, and patient, as well as tidy, and respectful of the home environment. A genuine enthusiasm for country living is essential, along with creativity and resourcefulness when planning activities in a rural location.
