CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (ADMIN)

Bournemouth

Temporary reviewed March (Could lead to permanent role)

£12.18ph increasing to £12.44 per hour after 12 weeks

Mon to Fri 08.00am to 17.30pm

37 hours per week

Our client is seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (ADMIN) to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidate the position could become permanent. This is a fast-paced office administration role. You will be required to multi-task accurately and be a team player. This is a telephone role where the successful candidates will be taking calls about Council Tax, Parking, Concessionary Travel (Bus Passes), Blue Badges, Homeless and General Enquiries.

Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:

1. College / University education level or previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
2. Strong working Knowledge of IT Systems – Windows based applications
3. Good communication skills – Via telephone, email and word processing
4. Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
5. Accurate Data Input

Candidates must hold:

6. Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
