Sales Colleague
Location: Darlington, Currys, Darlington
Type: Permanent, Part Time (8-15 hours per week, flexible hours, additional hours possible)
Salary: £12.21 per hour, plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (rising to £12.51 after probation)

New colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, gaining skills to sell, serve, and support customers. Training includes product demos, supplier sessions, and testing the latest gadgets to boost your confidence and expertise.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Stores are generally open from 9 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, with local variations.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Asking questions to match customers with suitable products.
2. Creating memorable customer interactions.
3. Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contributing to the store's sales performance.
5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
6. Supporting store operations through various tasks.
