You'll be joining a friendly Business Services team who work closely with a varied portfolio of clients, giving you great exposure from day one.
Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an A‑Level student, graduate, or an AAT studier with 1-2 years' experience who's ready for the next step.You'll be involved in a range of business services and accounts preparation work, including:
Preparing statutory accounts for a mix of SMEs
Supporting with bookkeeping and VAT returns
Assisting with management accounts
Exposure to tax computations and general compliance work
Liaising with clients to gather information and provide updatesAs you progress, you'll take on more responsibility and start managing parts of your own client portfolio, with lots of mentoring available from qualified accountants in the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong A‑Levels or a degree (any subject considered) or 1-2 years' AAT experience within practice
Interest in building a career in accountancy and progressing to full qualification
Good Excel skills and the confidence to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine enthusiasm for developing your technical skills
