Responsibilities
* Acting as the primary contact for contractors and service providers.
* Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Overseeing health and safety compliance across our offices.
* Conducting compliance checks and managing office support services like cleaning and security.
* Leading a team of Facilities Management Assistants and supervising their tasks.
Qualifications
* Experience in an office and facilities management environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* A flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Desirable Qualifications
* First Aid training and IOSH Health & Safety certification.
* Experience in managing internal office moves and service contracts.
