We are looking for a TOP (taking over package) Manager, working for a leading EPC on a project in Pembroke. - Outside IR35 - 6 month contract Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless transition and handover of our construction projects. You will play a critical role in upholding our stringent quality standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and fostering clear communication channels between our construction team and clients. Your in-depth knowledge of construction site practices and project management will be instrumental in delivering projects that consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Key responsibilities, accountabilities and decision ownership: Ensure construction phases meet quality and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate, organized documentation for client handover. Act as primary client contact during transition, addressing inquiries professionally. Coordinate stakeholders for smooth handover of assets and information. Identify and resolve defects promptly with project team. Ensure compliance with UK regulations, codes, and safety standards. Mitigate risks to avoid delays or complications. Collaborate with teams and subcontractors to align handover expectations. Monitor budgets during handover and optimize efficiency. Implement process improvements and best practices for future projects. Deliver seamless handover and address post-construction concerns promptly. Must have technical / professional qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5 years in construction project management. Knowledge of construction practices, QA processes, and regulations. Strong organizational skills for managing documentation. Familiarity with construction software and tools. Up-to-date understanding of UK building codes and safety standards. Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
