Activities Assistant – Supported Housing

Rate: £15.66 per hour (LTD)
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–4:00pm
Start: ASAP – Ongoing
DBS: Enhanced

Driving: Not required – easily accessible via public transport I'm working with a supported housing service in North London who are looking for an Activities Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis.
This is a great opportunity to support residents within a supported housing environment, helping individuals maintain their independence, wellbeing and daily structure. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and person-centred space where residents feel included, supported and empowered.
In this role, you will:
Support residents in a supported housing setting to engage in meaningful activities
Help promote independence and positive routines
Assist in delivering wellbeing-focused sessions across the service
Work closely with staff to maintain a safe, supportive environment
Contribute to day-to-day running of the service and provide general support where required
Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing and service standards remain central to all workThis would suit someone with experience in supported housing, older adults’ services, or activity-based support roles.
