The Role
You will oversee commercial operations, focusing on cost minimisation under NEC4 contracts, risk mitigation on critical projects, and ensuring quality and value. Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Buyers, you will implement best practices and develop cost templates. The role includes reviewing tenders, managing variations, ensuring contract compliance, monitoring project costs, handling payments, and conducting regular site visits.
Key Responsibilities
