About the role:
£43,561 base salary plus guaranteed 10% Shift allowance, up to 10% annual bonus, 5% employer pension, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Monday - Friday. Shift alternated week 1 and week 2:
week 1: 05.45am - 14.15pm
week 2: 13.45pm - 22.15pm
Bank holiday work is expected however you will have holiday in lieu.

We'll be looking for you to manage and lead the day to day operation and business development of the site:
What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate experience of developing, leading and managing a successful team by engaging the workforce, and have COTC - Transfer Station / MRF Operations, or able to gain this, as well as:
1. Experience of working in the waste industry ideally MRF, RDF or Biomass production.
2. Experience of working with and maintaining fixed and mobile plant.
3. Health and Safety qualification(s), such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH
4. Experience of working within and managing the workforce within a production processing plant.
5. Professional level engineering/manufacturing qualification or relevant time served.
6. Experience of working with 'Lean' manufacturing techniques.
