Learning and Development Content Creator

We design, build and service highly engineered products in fluid and motion control applications. We focus on five market sectors: Industrial Automation, Process Automation, Climate Control, Life Science and Fluid Control, and Transport.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator to lead the development of engaging and effective learning and development resources for our global workforce. This role will take ownership of designing and delivering impactful training content that enables the implementation of the SuccessFactors HRIS system training across 38 countries [MJ1] and 13 different languages. The ideal candidate will have experience designing content in multiple formats, managing translation workflow, and ensuring resources are culturally appropriate for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructional videos, interactive guides and microlearning content
* Build and maintain a scalable library of learning resources to support BAU operations post-implementation. This includes creating self-serve materials, quick reference guides, and knowledge articles.
* Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to accelerate the design and personalisation of learning content. This includes using generative AI to draft training materials, automate content adaptation for different audiences, and enhance learner engagement through intelligent content recommendations.
* Manage the translation and localisation of learning materials across 38 countries and 13 different languages, coordinating with internal teams or external providers.
* Upskill the BAU support team to ensure they can confidently manage and evolve the learning content independently.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and HR partners to define training requirements and learning objectives.
* Ensure consistency in messaging, branding and formatting across various content types, including text-based documents, video scripts, quizzes, and assessments.
* Use analytics and feedback tools to measure content effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials.
* Work with global stakeholders to align training content with local policies, regulatory and legal requirements where applicable.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS features and capabilities, maximising training efficiency.
* Design and lead the creation of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) materials to empower regional facilitators and subject matter experts. This includes developing facilitator guides, presentation decks, and support resources that ensure consistent delivery of learning experiences across global audiences.

Critical Competencies for Success

* Proven experience in content creation for learning and development, corporate training or educational programs.
* Proven experience in content creation for implementation of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS system
* Strong writing, editing and instructional design skills.
* Experience working with translation and localisation processes for international training.
* Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
* Proven experience of video editing, graphic design or animation tools
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage large scale training plans.
* Strong attention to detail and an understanding of cultural considerations in training materials.
