This role will see you assist in the effective and efficient movement of all vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are checked inbound and outbound as well as making safety a top priority!

What will you be doing?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vehicle Car Flow Assistant to support our fleet business. In this role, you will monitor vehicle stock levels, perform regular stock checks, troubleshoot digital systems, oversee vehicle arrivals from the factory, and collaborate with all fleet colleagues to ensure smooth and accurate car flow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
12. Conduct regular stock checks to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
13. Oversee and coordinate the release of vehicles from port in conjunction with the Admin department, ensuring timely processing and allocation
14. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital systems
15. Collaborate with fleet colleagues, including transport, sales, and PDI, to facilitate vehicle movements and car flow
16. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding vehicle status and stock updates
17. Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle stock
18. Perform administrative tasks related to vehicle stock management and reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
19. Experience with digital inventory management or fleet systems preferred
20. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
21. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
22. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
23. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and inventory software
24. Valid driver’s license

25. Ability to perform physical stock checks and walk around storage areas as needed
