Location: London/Essex/Hertfordshire (20 mins from Liverpool Street)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + bonus

The company
This business specialise in the design and construction of permanent and semi permanent displays for some of the country's most famous retailers. The team of over 100 people utilise every material you can think of to ensure their clients can display their products in imaginative and often very realistic environments. They are growing quickly and looking to hire a new Account Director or Senior AD to help manage two of the largest clients in their portfolio.
The Role
As an Account Director, you’ll look after two of the company's largest retained clients plus several smaller ones on a more adhoc basis. You’ll work closely with the Head of Retail Operations and Store Planning/Merchandising teams to understand their needs, guide projects smoothly from start to finish, and ensure everything is delivered on time. This is a varied role requiring a commercially minded, relationship builder who enjoys meeting people online and often in person.
What You’ll Do
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
* Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
* Work with design, procurement, and production teams to make sure projects remain on track.
* Spot opportunities to support clients further and grow your side of the business.
* Lead meetings with confidence, keeping communication clear and constructive.
* Learn about different suppliers and materials in order to educate clients on what is/isn’t possible within set time frames.
So you will need
* Previous experience in retail displays, client services and/or project management.
* Great communication skills and the confidence to lead conversations with clients.
* A collaborative approach — happy working across different teams and disciplines.
* Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* Flexibility to travel to UK based clients on a weekly basis (must have a driving licence)
* A basic understanding of design, production and installation processes
* A process-oriented outlook
* A personable, outgoing demeanour - you'll be meeting clients for lunch/drinks etc

* Basic salary range: £50,000 to £60,000
* OTE (On Target Earnings): Approximately £5,000 additional based on performance
