Diamond Search Recruitment are honoured to be representing a trusted and well-established Estate Agency Group, based in the Southeast who are recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Romford, Essex.
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a passion for providing top-notch service and expert financial guidance. You should be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is driven by success and achieving results.
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conduct client meetings to assess needs.
* Identify optimal financial solutions.
* Promote Legal & General insurance products.
* Exceed targets consistently.
* Collaborate with estate agency team for maximum business.
* Provide support to maintain referral rate.
* Proactively generate new business from existing clients.
* Coordinate with lenders for suitable products.
* Ensure compliant documentation per FCA guidelines
The Person
* CEMAP 1 qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
* 1 year of mortgage advisory experience
* Hold a full driving license
* Be driven and motivated by reward and success
* Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence

5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month - Monday to Friday and Saturday option to work from home 1 day per week
