This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with some industry experience to join a successful, friendly, and supportive firm. Projects vary in size and scope, including residential, cladding, social housing, and refurbishment projects, from single housing schemes to large developments. Responsibilities include conducting condition surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, design coordination, tender management, procurement, contract administration, and writing specifications. The ideal candidate is a Building Surveying graduate working towards chartership with some industry experience. You should be a team player with the ability to work independently.
Skills and Experience required:
* Recent Graduate with RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
* Some previous building surveying experience preferred
* Excellent organizational skills
* Experience in a busy office environment and dealing with clients is advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to establish trust and effective working relationships
* Strong interpersonal skills with proactive problem-solving approach
