What you will be doing

You'll be part of our Business Development team, identifying and developing new sales opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. You'll also work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to help grow our market presence and support our wider business goals.

In everything you do, you'll help uphold the company's mission, vision, and values, supporting the bigger picture of our business.

You day to day responsibilities include: -

* Recognise and develop potential sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Offer an excellent level of customer service with close attention to detail.
* Document clear and concise account information via our ERP system.
* Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities within specific industries.
* Responsible for individual time management and effective planning.
* Visit other company sites and meet with internal and external customers to build relationships and support business growth.

What are we looking for

We're looking for someone who is sales driven, highly motivated, and able to work confidently on their own initiative. You'll be organised, eager to build your product knowledge, and keen to understand our market. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential, as you'll be working closely with colleagues across departments, branches, and sister companies. If you're adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering great service to both customers and teammates, you'll fit right in.

* Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
