We are looking for a Program Financial Manager to join our team in Leighton Buzzard to lead and co-ordinate the SFP. The successful candidate will work cross functionally to agree on key SFP financial drivers and co-ordinate load with international team.
What you will do
1. FP&A lead for galleys
2. Lead and co-ordinate the SFP. Work cross functionally to agree on key SFP financial drivers and co-ordinate load with international team.
3. Present SFP to Senior management team and present monthly/quarterly financials to Cabin Products
4. Acquisition accounting (Parity). Review and post entries
5. Project/program accounting treatment of revenue and engineering
6. Participate in external and internal audits
7. Prepare quarterly and year end schedules
8. Ownership of Warranty and contract penalty provisions
9. Business partnering with commercial/ops/engineering
10. Provide technical and analytical guidance to management on key metrics, deliverables, reporting requirements and ad-hoc analysis.
Experience & Qualifications we prefer:
11. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting
12. Degree level education in Finance or Accounting
13. Experience with coordinating and delivering SPF, Finance projects and the ability to work simultaneous projects
14. Advanced skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
15. Collaboration and communication (i.e., presentations, memos, white papers) to multiple levels (including executive) in the organization.
16. Basic knowledge of databases and software systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or other Enterprise Systems
17. Strong interpersonal skills enabling them to deal effectively with employees, internal and external auditors, and management.
18. Strong analytical skills
19. Experience analysing large amounts of data
20. Audit support experience
