Job DescriptionTrade Events & Sponsorship Manager Competitive Salary + Benefits Regional Role (Ashford min. 1 day a week)We have an exciting opportunity for Trade Events & Sponsorship Manager to plan, execute and optimise all Brakes trade events, trade shows and sponsorship initiatives. This is a critical role to build our brand visibility within the foodservice market, driving customer engagement and supporting growth objectives such as new business acquisition.What you’ll be doing:Plan and executive all trade events regionally across the countryDevelop and deliver a comprehensive events strategy aligned with the overall marketing and commercial objectivesManage all aspects of event delivery incl. budgets, timelines, logistics, stand design, staffing and post-event evaluationMaximise existing sponsorship value and identify and pitch for new sponsorship investmentsWork closely with Sales & Key Account teams to ensure events and sponsorship support commercial prioritiesEnsure all events comply with food safety, health & safety and company brand guidelinesWhat we are looking for:Experience of events and sponsorship, ideally within the foodservice sector but all experience consideredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCan demonstrate creativity and focus on customer experience alongside commercial rigourComfortable negotiating packages and favourable terms for sponsorship and venuesConfident communicator and relationship manager including senior leaders, sponsors, partners and industry contacts
