Responsibilities
* Support clients at home to live as independently as possible
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professional support teams
* Record care using mobile technology and deliver high‑quality care
* Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices
* Travel within the area to ensure consistent, high‑quality care
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (or access to a vehicle)
* Driving essential for the role
* Willingness and ability to travel across the region
* Enhanced DBS check required
