This gentleman struggles with his mental health, with diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mild-Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder

🌟About You
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives on challenge and is passionate about delivering person-centred, life-changing support. You will work closely with the team of Advanced Support Workers, guiding and inspiring them to deliver innovative, evidence-based care that helps the young man continue to thrive. A background in leading a service with people who have diagnosis of autism, obsessive -compulsive disorder would be a great fit. He also has real ambitions for his future, which he is actively working towards, making Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive, ambitious, and supportive culture where the team can perform at their best while delivering the highest quality care.
The successful Service Leader will be expected to undertake transitional work along with you team in Grimsby, prior this young gentleman moving into his new home at the end of March. This is likely to include some overnight stays. All travel and hotel expenses will be paid for.
In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
