Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Internal Sales Manager to lead our telephone-based onboarding team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by managing and developing a team focused on onboarding new contractors and closing sales opportunities with high efficiency and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or inside sales management and a passion for motivating teams to exceed targets. This position is full time and permanent, based at our Head Office in Ewloe, Deeside.
The successful candidate will have opportunity to earn commission based on team targets.
Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of onboarding sales advisors, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and professional development.
* Sales Performance: Drive team performance to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including call conversion rates.
* Onboarding Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to active user or client.
* Process Optimisation: Continually assess and improve onboarding scripts, sales techniques, and workflows to maximise team efficiency and close rates.
* Coaching & Development: Provide regular training, feedback, and coaching to the team, including call reviews and performance assessments.
* Reporting: Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics, using data to drive informed decisions and improvements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Compliance, and Field Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless contractor experiences.
* CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems, maintaining high standards of lead and contractor record integrity.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an internal sales or telesales management role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a team.
• Demonstrable success in managing onboarding or inside sales teams with high closing percentages.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM and sales analytics tools.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
* Knowledge of onboarding best practices and customer journey management is a plus.
* Experience working within a regulatory framework would be advantageous

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
