With an innovative and sustainable two-storey design the pub forms the gateway to the Bucklers park residential development and surrounding Bucklers Forest. Comprising five different multi-functioning spaces for guests to enjoy including a dedicated bar, a pantry/café for coffee and cakes through to relaxed dining and drinks, a vibrant dining space, an extensive outdoor terrace, and a large attractive garden. * Experienced with a proven ability to lead and inspire a branded pub team to achieve success together
* Knowledgeable about quality food and drink with an eye for detail
* Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM

* Able to commit to support the GM in growing the business and building a great team

Previous experience and knowledge of supervising high volume licensed hospitality operations with a busy food profile is essential.
