GSL Education are seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS/SEN Lead Teacher to join a well-established primary school in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire within a large Early Years setting, supporting children at the earliest stages of their education including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role:
As the EYFS/SEN Lead Teacher, you will:
* Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Oversee the provision and progress of children with SEN, ensuring inclusive practices and tailored support.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to create a nurturing, stimulating environment.
* Monitor progress, identify areas for development, and implement effective teaching strategies.
* Model outstanding teaching and support colleagues in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent classroom experience within EYFS.
* Proven experience supporting children with SEN.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A nurturing and reflective approach to teaching and learning.
