Responsibilities
* Advising clients directly on a broad range of family law matters.
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Undertaking court advocacy, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, domestic violence cases, cohabitee disputes, and civil partnerships.
Candidate
* Minimum 3 years' PQE within a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive position.
* Proven experience in court advocacy and client liaison.
* Broad knowledge of family law, including both private and public matters.
