An exciting Head Chef Role is available at a new bar and dining concept that will be opening shortly in Pontefract. This is an opportunity to join a successful and expanding company at the beginning and to be involved in the development of the business to become a must visit dining establishment. As Head Chef you will invest time to train your brigade in order to ensure that they can work to the high standards expected at the venue. In this role of Head Chef you will be managing the preparation of a variety of bar snacks throughout the day and also dishes for the evening bistro, all of which use fresh seasonal food. Requirements:
The Owners are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef with a quality background including working in fine dining kitchens. This role will suit someone committed progressing within a company, a good attitude and able to work under pressure is also needed for this position.
