Constellation - Receptionist - Casual


Location: Emersons Green, Bristol BS16 7LB


Constellation are recruiting a receptionist to work in a leading provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions. Delivering exceptional service to businesses and drivers alike. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Bristol office.


Employment Type- Casual Contract – Average Mon-Fri

Salary - £15.53


As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will provide a professional front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through administrative and customer service duties.


Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
* Maintain visitor logs and ensure all visitors comply with site procedures.
* Book meeting rooms and coordinate meeting schedules.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
* Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, scanning, and record management.
* Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments.
* Support facilities management activities and liaise with external suppliers where necessary.
* Process general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
* Assist with employee onboarding administration and visitor arrangements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.


Skills and Experience Required


Essential

* Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Desirable

* Experience working within a corporate office environment.
* Knowledge of visitor management systems.
* Experience supporting multiple departments simultaneously.
