The Opportunity: Assist in delivering core building surveying services: Defect analysis and building pathology Contract administration Specification writing and technical reports Schedules of condition and acquisition surveys Develop technical knowledge across sectors including social housing, education, NHS, and commercial. Candidate Profile: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (RICS-accredited preferred). Ambitious and proactive, with a genuine interest in progressing to Chartered status (MRICS).
